Refunds
A 75% refund will be made if requested by the customer if a maximum of 2 days have passed since the payment was made. It is not mandatory, but it would be preferable if you say why you are doing it when you apply for it.A 50% refund will be made if requested by the customer and it has been more than 2 days since the payment was made.A 100% refund will be made if PumpkinCat decides to no longer make the commission, no longer believes it can do so, or some other personal reason that it does not necessarily have to share.
